LCMS serves the community through a variety of programs and services.
LCMS Medical Referral Services (formerly Lincoln's Health 360 Project Access)
This is a comprehensive and collaborative program with many community partners along with individual and corporate sponsors designed to assist people in getting the medical care they need.
This program includes the following initiatives:
- Medication Assistance Program
- Specialty Care Access
- Medical Home Access
- Physician Referral
LCMS physician members are committed to help patients access medical care in a timely manner. To that end LCMS maintains a current list of members open to new patients for Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurances.
